1. Double force synergy, precise and efficient sorting

Relying on the unique spiral trough structure, when the slurry flows in from the top feed port, it slides down the trough surface under the action of gravity, and centrifugal force is generated due to the rotation of the trough. The two forces work together to achieve stratification of minerals of different densities in the slurry: high-density useful minerals (such as gold, tin, ilmenite, etc.) are affected by centrifugal force and gather to the inside of the trough, and are discharged along the inner flow channel as concentrates; low-density gangue minerals are discharged along the outer flow channel as tailings. The sorting efficiency of a single device can reach more than 80%, and the recovery rate of fine-grained minerals (0.074-2mm) is 10%-15% higher than that of traditional gravity separation equipment.

No additional power device is required, and the sorting is completed only by the material's own gravity and the centrifugal force generated by the trough structure, which fundamentally reduces energy consumption. Except for the feed pump, there are no other power components, and the energy consumption is extremely low; no chemical agents are used in the sorting process to avoid pollution to minerals and the environment.
