Adopting the principle of aerated mechanical stirring flotation, the impeller rotates at high speed to generate negative pressure, suck in air and disperse it into a large number of fine bubbles. The slurry is fully in contact with the bubbles under stirring. The useful mineral particles in it will be selectively adsorbed on the surface of the bubbles due to the surface hydrophobicity, and rise to the surface of the slurry with the bubbles to form a foam layer, which is scraped out by the scraper to become concentrate; the gangue minerals remain in the slurry and are discharged as tailings.
