XJK flotation machine is driven by an electric motor through a V-belt to drive the impeller to rotate, generating a centrifugal effect to form a negative pressure, on the one hand, to inhale sufficient air to mix with the slurry, on the other hand, to stir the slurry and mix with the drug, and at the same time to refine the foam, so that the minerals are adsorbed on the foam, float to the surface of the slurry and then form mineralized foam. Adjust the gate height to control the liquid level so that the useful foam is scraped out by the scraper. At present, it is widely used in the selection of non-ferrous and ferrous metal minerals in China, and can also be used for the selection of non-metallic minerals.

1. Classic flotation principle, precise and efficient sorting

Adopting the principle of aerated mechanical stirring flotation, the impeller rotates at high speed to generate negative pressure, suck in air and disperse it into a large number of fine bubbles. The slurry is fully in contact with the bubbles under stirring. The useful mineral particles in it will be selectively adsorbed on the surface of the bubbles due to the surface hydrophobicity, and rise to the surface of the slurry with the bubbles to form a foam layer, which is scraped out by the scraper to become concentrate; the gangue minerals remain in the slurry and are discharged as tailings. The whole process has clear sorting boundaries, and the single-tank flotation efficiency can reach more than 85%, greatly improving the recovery rate of useful minerals.

2. Adapt to multiple types of minerals and wide range of application scenarios

It has excellent sorting effects on metal minerals such as gold, copper, lead-zinc, and molybdenum. It can also be used for the flotation and purification of non-metallic minerals such as fluorite, graphite, and talc. It is widely used in small and medium-sized mine beneficiation plants. Whether it is sulfide ore, oxide ore or mixed ore, efficient sorting can be achieved by adjusting the reagent system and operating parameters. Especially in the separation of complex polymetallic ores, different minerals can be accurately distinguished to provide high-grade concentrate for subsequent smelting.

3. Classic structural design, stable and reliable operation

The classic structure composed of core components such as tank body, impeller, stator, scraper, etc. The tank body is welded with high-quality steel plates, which are impact-resistant and wear-resistant, and can withstand long-term scouring of high-concentration slurry. The impeller and stator are precisely matched to form a stable stirring and aeration effect to ensure uniform distribution of bubbles. The scraper is made of wear-resistant rubber material, runs smoothly and is not easy to damage. The overall transmission system of the equipment has been optimized, with a low failure rate, and can operate continuously and stably to ensure the continuous production capacity of the production line.

4. High sorting grade and improved resource utilization

By accurately controlling the flotation time, reagent dosage and aeration volume, the concentrate grade can be effectively improved and the useful mineral content in the tailings can be reduced. For example, in copper flotation, the copper grade of concentrate can be increased to more than 20%, and the copper grade of tailings can be controlled below 0.3%; in gold flotation, the gold recovery rate can reach more than 90%, significantly improving resource utilization and creating higher economic benefits for enterprises.

5. Easy operation and flexible parameter adjustment

Equipped with manual or semi-automatic control system, operators can quickly optimize flotation effect by adjusting parameters such as impeller speed, aeration volume, and scraper speed. The equipment is equipped with a clear observation window, which is convenient for real-time observation of the foam layer state and timely adjustment of operation strategy. For small and medium-sized mineral processing plants, stable sorting effect can be achieved without complex automatic control, reducing the operating threshold.

6. Low energy consumption and economical operating cost

The impeller and motor are reasonably matched. While ensuring the stirring and aeration effects, the energy consumption per unit processing volume is lower than that of similar flotation equipment. The equipment has a simple structure, few wearing parts and is easy to replace. Daily maintenance only requires regular inspection of impeller wear and cleaning of tank residues. The maintenance cost is low and it is suitable for small and medium-sized mining companies with limited budgets.

7. Multi-slot combination, suitable for different processing capacities

Single-slot, double-slot or multi-slot units can be flexibly combined according to production needs. The volume of a single slot ranges from 0.13 cubic meters to 2.8 cubic meters, and the processing capacity covers 0.5-50 tons/hour, meeting the production needs of ore dressing plants of different sizes. When multiple slots are operated in series, the continuous process of roughing, concentrating and scavenging can be realized, further improving the sorting efficiency and concentrate grade.
