1. Unique adsorption separation, precise capture of fine-grained minerals
CATHAY blanket machine uses special wear-resistant blankets as the core separation medium, and uses the difference in the micropore structure on the blanket surface and the adsorption force of mineral particles to achieve sorting. When the slurry flows evenly through the blanket surface, fine-grained useful minerals (0.01-0.1mm) are tightly adsorbed on the blanket fibers due to surface tension and electrostatic action, and gangue minerals are discharged with the slurry flow. By regularly flushing the blanket, the adsorbed mineral particles can be collected and concentrated to complete the separation and enrichment process. The recovery rate of fine-grained gold, silver, tin and other minerals of a single device can reach more than 80%.
2. Adapt to multiple types of fine-grained minerals, with a wide range of application scenarios
It is particularly good at processing fine-grained minerals that are difficult to recover with conventional equipment, such as fine gold in placer gold mines, fine-grained tin concentrates after tin ore flotation, and fine-grained monazite in rare metal mines. It can be used as auxiliary equipment in the mineral processing process for further purification of concentrate or recovery of low-grade useful minerals in tailings. It is widely used in small mines, mineral processing pilot plants and precious metal refining enterprises to effectively improve resource utilization.
3. High separation accuracy and stable concentrate quality
The blanket is woven from highly elastic and wear-resistant materials. The surface pores are uniform and the adsorption force is controllable. It can accurately distinguish mineral particles with different surface characteristics. During the adsorption process, the useful minerals have a strong binding force with the blanket and are not easily washed off by the slurry. The grade of the concentrate collected after washing is 10-20 times higher than that of the original ore, and the impurity content is reduced by 15%-20%, which reduces the processing cost for subsequent smelting links.

The frame is welded with high-strength steel, and the surface is treated with anti-corrosion, which can adapt to the humid and dusty mineral processing environment. The blanket transmission system adopts variable frequency speed regulation technology, and the operating speed (0.5-2m/min) is adjustable to ensure full contact between the slurry and the blanket. The blanket tensioning device can accurately control the tightness of the blanket, reduce the wear caused by uneven tension, extend the service life of the blanket to 300-500 hours, and reduce the frequency of replacement of consumables.

When running at full load, the annual electricity saving can reach more than 2000 degrees. The water consumption in the slurry treatment process is small, and the flushing water can be recycled.
