CATHAY pulse dust collector: pulse cleaning, an efficient barrier for industrial dust purification
1. Pulse spraying technology to achieve deep purification
CATHAY pulse dust collector takes high-efficiency filter material as the core and combines pulse spraying cleaning technology to build a powerful dust purification system. After the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it is evenly distributed to each filter bag chamber under the action of the guide plate. The dust is intercepted by the fiber layer on the surface of the filter bag (materials can be polyester, polypropylene, PPS, PTFE, etc.), and the clean gas passes through the filter bag into the clean air chamber and is discharged through the air outlet. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag accumulates to a certain thickness (resistance reaches 1200-1500Pa), the PLC control system triggers the pulse valve, and compressed air (pressure 0.5-0.7MPa) is instantly sprayed into the filter bag in the form of high-speed airflow through the spray pipe, causing the filter bag to expand rapidly and produce reverse vibration, shaking the surface dust to the ash hopper, completing the cleaning process. A single device can handle air volume of 1000-100000m³/h, with a dust removal efficiency of more than 99.9%, and the emission concentration can be controlled below 10mg/m³, which is better than the national environmental protection emission standard.
2. Multi-condition adaptation, covering the dust removal needs of the entire industry
Metallurgical industry: In the sintering, ironmaking, and steelmaking workshops of steel plants, CATHAY pulse dust collectors can purify sintering machine flue gas, blast furnace gas dust, converter dust, etc. For high-temperature (≤260℃) and high-humidity flue gas, high-temperature resistant filter bags (such as PPS+PTFE coating) are selected, and equipped with insulation layers and cleaning enhancement devices to prevent condensation or blockage of the filter bags, ensure stable operation of the equipment under harsh conditions, and reduce dust emissions by more than 100 tons per year.
Power industry: Suitable for flue gas dust removal and fly ash collection of coal-fired boilers in thermal power plants. Mechanical processing: used for the collection and purification of welding smoke and grinding dust. Clean up completely without dead ends: pulse blowing and filter bag vibration composite cleaning method is adopted. A single pulse valve can control 1-6 filter bags. The blowing time is only 0.1-0.2 seconds. The cleaning intensity is large and uniform. The filter bag resistance is stable at 800-1200Pa, which is 30% lower than the resistance of traditional vibration dust collectors, reducing fan energy consumption.
Long filter bag life: The filter bag is made of high-strength, wear-resistant high-quality materials, and is pre-coated. The surface is smooth and easy to clean. The service life can reach 2-4 years (depending on the working conditions), which is more than 50% longer than ordinary filter bags, reducing the cost of filter bag replacement and downtime.
Intelligent and precise control: equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, it can monitor the inlet and outlet air pressure, filter bag resistance, pulse valve status and other parameters in real time, automatically adjust the cleaning cycle and spraying time, support remote monitoring and data upload, and facilitate enterprises to trace environmental data and manage equipment. Large and stable air volume: modular design is adopted, and the air volume can be expanded by increasing the number of filter bag chambers. 4. Structural optimization, taking into account durability and safety
High-strength shell: welded with Q235 steel plate, sandblasted and rust-proofed and painted, it has strong corrosion resistance and deformation resistance, can withstand ambient temperature changes of -30℃-80℃, and has a service life of more than 15 years. Large dust collectors are also equipped with reinforcing ribs and maintenance platforms to facilitate safe operation of maintenance personnel.
Anti-leakage design: The connection between the filter bag and the flower plate adopts elastic expansion ring sealing, which has excellent sealing performance and an air leakage rate of less than 2%; sealing strips are set at the inlet and outlet, ash hopper and other parts to reduce the short circuit of unfiltered gas and ensure that all dust-containing gases are purified by the filter bag.
Safety protection system: equipped with temperature monitoring, spark detection and fire extinguishing devices (for flammable and explosive dust). When the inlet gas temperature exceeds the tolerance temperature of the filter bag, the system automatically alarms and starts the cooling device; when a spark is detected, the corresponding filter bag chamber air inlet valve is immediately closed and the fire extinguishing medium is sprayed to prevent fire or explosion accidents, which meets the national dust explosion prevention standards.
Ash hopper anti-blocking design: The ash hopper adopts an inclination angle of more than 45°, the inner wall is smooth and has no dead corners, and is equipped with a vibrator or air cannon to prevent dust bridging and agglomeration; a star-shaped ash discharge valve or screw conveyor is installed at the bottom, which can discharge ash continuously or intermittently to ensure that there is no ash accumulation in the ash hopper and avoid secondary dust.
