CATHAY launches new excavation accessories to lead the new transformation of mining excavation efficiency

On July 1, CATHAY once again made efforts in the mining equipment industry and officially launched a series of new excavation accessories designed for mining excavators, aiming to solve key issues such as efficiency, durability and adaptability in mining excavation operations, and provide global mining companies with better quality and more efficient excavation solutions. ​

One of the core excavation accessories launched by CATHAY this time is a new high-strength bucket tooth. The bucket tooth uses a special alloy material independently developed by CATHAY. After high-temperature forging and precision heat treatment, its hardness is 35% higher than that of traditional bucket teeth, and its wear resistance is 50% higher. When facing hard ores and complex mining geological conditions, the new bucket teeth can maintain a longer service life and reduce the frequency of replacement, thereby effectively reducing the equipment maintenance costs and downtime of mining companies. According to laboratory test data, excavators using CATHAY's new bucket teeth can increase the efficiency of a single excavation by 12% under the same working conditions. ​

At the same time, CATHAY also released an innovative hydraulic breaker accessory. This hydraulic breaker is equipped with an intelligent pressure regulation system, which can automatically adjust the impact force and frequency according to different crushing tasks and rock hardness, ensuring that the crushing operation is always in the best condition. Compared with traditional hydraulic breakers, the new accessories have a 20% higher impact energy and a 18% lower fuel consumption, which improves crushing efficiency while achieving better energy saving. In addition, the hydraulic breaker has an optimized shock absorption system in design, which effectively reduces vibration and noise during operation, not only improving the comfort of operators, but also extending the service life of other parts of the excavator. ​
